Undergraduate degree: BMSc in Microbiology and Immunology at Western University

Mitch joined the lab during his undergrad in 2017 and completed his PhD in 2024. Mitch is now a postdoctoral associate and project coordinator for the PRECISE initiative - a pan-Canadian diagnostic Network to help prepare for emerging infectious diseases.

Fun fact(s): Mitch is a die hard Leafs and Jays fan and often has his last name mispronounced!
